Commonwealth Senior Living - 2220 Executive Drive - Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring and safe delivery of the Medication Management Program;
Administer and accurately record administration of medications as prescribed;
Observe and report adverse actions or side effects of medications and coordinate with Resident Care Director;
Document medication refusals and reasons for non-administration;
Maintain a safe and clean environment and support resident care during shifts
