Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner;
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens;
Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met;
Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner;
