Waterview Health & Rehab is now hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts.

• 11p-7a:
  Part-time
• 3p-11p:
  Full-time & Part-time
• 7a-3p:
  Part-time & Every other weekend

New grads welcome! Not hiring per diem or PRN. Only full-time and part-time positions.

• Pay rate: $30-$37 an hour based on experience
• Shift differentials for 3-11 & 11-7a shifts

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents’ health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care for residents, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other health‑care team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and their families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA).

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Virginia.
• New grads must provide an attending physician statement or a letter to test.

Potential new LPNs may start as early as next week.
