Overview
Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to deliver direct patient care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you’ll provide bedside nursing, administer medications, monitor patient status, and accurately document care using EMR systems. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, providers, and allied health professionals to support individualized care plans and ensure a safe, healing environment.

- Provide bedside nursing care and monitor patient status.
- Administer medications and document care using EMR systems.
- Collaborate with registered nurses, providers, and allied health professionals to support individualized care plans.
- Contribute to a safe, healing environment and high-quality patient outcomes.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
- Recent clinical experience as an LPN preferred; acute care experience a plus.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
