Registered Nurse-Patriots Colony--Nights

Williamsburg, Virginia – Hiring Range $34.40 - $47.30/Hourly. This full‑time night position works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing, as applicable.

• Assesses, plans, implements, and executes delivery of resident care and directs all activities to provide quality service and assure positive resident outcomes.
• Maintains close contact with residents, families, and staff while coordinating nursing services with all other disciplines.
• Assigns duties to professional and non‑professional staff according to education, training, policy, and resident need.
• Engages team members for optimal performance and addresses performance as needed to assure quality resident care is delivered.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates resident plans of care.
• Communicates plan of care to providers, residents, families, and staff.
• Identifies changes in condition with proper documentation following the Interact process.
• Demonstrates consistent follow through for positive resident outcomes.
• Utilizes good judgment and specialized skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to manage a typical nursing unit.
• Allows resident choices within limits of capability, considering safety/dignity issues, and follows policies and procedures of facility to include resident privacy and dignity.

  Registered Nurse (RN) – Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) upon hire (Required).
• CPR/BLS Certification – American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) within 30 days (Required).
