Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board is seeking an experienced LPN to join the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Program in Hampton, VA. The Nurse LPN will deliver essential nursing care to adults with mental illness, ensure medication continuity, and maintain compliant medical records in a community-based model.
The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some weekends and holidays as needed.
