Ameri Care Plus in-home personal care agency seeks an experienced Admissions RN to lead client admissions and assessments. This role offers flexible scheduling as Part Time or Full Time with in-home visits across the Orange area of Virginia.
You will conduct in-home assessments, develop care plans, coordinate admissions paperwork, and liaise with families and physicians to ensure seamless care transitions. A Virginia RN license and at least 1 year of nursing experience are required.
