Job Title

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Monitoring & Care:
  Interpret telemetry, manage vasoactive drips, and handle complex devices like chest tubes and ventilators.
• Assessment & Action:
  Utilize clinical judgment to recognize patient deterioration and respond to evolving needs.
• Collaboration:
  
  Coordinate with physicians and the care team to implement, document, and update patient treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Licensure:
  Active VA or Compact RN license.
• Experience:
  
  1–2 years of recent acute care (PCU/ICU) experience.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Skills:
  
  Proficiency in arrhythmia recognition and high-turnover patient management.
• Preferred: BSN and PCCN certification.
