Riverside Health in Hampton, VA seeks a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the total nursing care of assigned patients under supervision of the Nurse Manager and Director.
You will apply clinical standards, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and ensure safe patient transitions while delivering education to patients and families. Virginia licensure and CPR/BLS are required.
