Job OverviewOversees the implementation of various quality assurance and continuous improvement programs and collaborates with key business stakeholders to build a quality compliant environment.
Job RequirementsBachelor’s Degree required in a related field to Quality in a sensors manufacturing environment along with at least 3-5 years of experience in the industry.
Excellent presentation skills in addition to written and verbal communication skills required.
AS9100 lead auditor certification preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Shainin Red X Journeyman a plus.
Strong knowledge in APQP documentation integrity preferred.
Working knowledge of sensors assembly processes a plus.
Good computer skills with a working knowledge of SAP, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be proficient in the English language.
This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, person granted asylee status in the U.S., or person admitted into the U.S. as a refugee.
Responsibilities- Develop a culture of compliance to AS9100 requirements through development of an internal auditing team as well as administering Corrective Action Requests for root cause analysis and corrective action for quality system non-conformances.
- Lead a team of technicians to enforce our requirements to AS9100.
- Work with Customer Quality community to implement customer specific requirements on product manufactured at the Hampton campus.
- Provide guidance to the value streams for change control decisions relative to compliance and customer notification. Work as a leader in the PDM Link application.
- Support improvement initiatives on the Hampton campus as it relates to implementation of our quality system.

- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $95,840-$143,760 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
