Food and Beverage Manager

Join our team as a Food and Beverage Manager and help create unforgettable movie nights with great food, drinks, and service. This role is ideal for energetic leaders with a passion for food service, team development, and hospitality (loving movies is a plus!).

As Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our bar, kitchen, and partner with the theater manager on the concession stand. From staffing and inventory to food quality and cleanliness, you’ll ensure that every guest enjoys a safe, satisfying, and memorable dining experience.

• Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment that meets all health code standards.
• Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising team members, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
• Managing food and beverage inventory, ordering supplies, and monitoring the cost of goods to control waste and maximize efficiency.
• Coordinating with vendors for timely deliveries and quality products.
• Manage the lead bartender and other service staff to ensure great guest service, consistency, inventory control, cleanliness, and compliance with laws and policies.
• Maintaining excellent guest service standards and proactively addressing any concerns.
• Cross‑training staff and assisting in other departments as needed.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior kitchen management experience required.
• Prior front‑of‑house management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Positive, team‑focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
