Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner and answer questions;
Maintain a clean, organized store environment and ensure proper merchandise presentation;
Restock and expedite newly received merchandise to the sales floor per guidelines;
Follow loss prevention and cash handling procedures, including MOS policies;
Provide excellent customer service and represent the Ross brand at all times
