Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while
assisting with order taking, food preparation, store cleanliness, and daily operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Greet customers in person and over the phone professionally
* Accurately take customer orders using the POS system
* Prepare pizzas and menu items according to standards
* Maintain cleanliness of the store and prep areas
* Handle cash and credit card transactions
* Assist with stocking inventory and supplies
Qualifications
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic math and cash-handling skills
* Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
