Answer questions regarding products sold within the department and throughout the store to help customers and promote sales;
Label, stock and inventory department merchandise; provide customers with fresh products that they have ordered;
Check product quality to ensure freshness; review sell by dates and take appropriate action;
Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain proper temperatures in cases and coolers with temperature logs;
Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals and monitor quality assurance standards
