Sales Advisor- Peninsula Town Center

Overview

As a Sales Advisor you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and providing support & guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to deliver the best experience for customers. Your role also includes garment refill & care, presentation, and contributing to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house.

• Provide excellent customer service: welcoming & guiding customers through the store & OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service.
• Engage and have conversations with customers to provide excellent service.
• Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories & products in all areas of the store.
• Promote and sell our products to customers effectively.
• Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.
• Maintain fashion and trend awareness, keeping up‑to‑date with fashion scene, trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers.
• Use product & fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers.
• Share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues.
• Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store.
• Give & receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop & support each other.
• Participate in relevant onboarding, introduction processes, trainings, and courses for your role & future development.
• Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming, ensuring good garment care.
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice & processes.
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms).
• Support garment presentation & execution, maintaining attractive merchandise displays, clear trends & stories according to visual & commercial guidelines.
• Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
• Maintain best practice for any in‑store OMNI services & in‑store tech services/tools.
• Support opening and closing of the store.
• Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role and responsibilities.
