Assist the Store Manager to manage the store to maximize controllable profit and minimize expenses, while maintaining Harris Teeter Standards in a union free environment;
Supervise up to 250 associates in the retail store;
Coordinate, interview, and train associates; plan, assign, and direct work; assist in evaluating performance; reward and discipline associates;
Perform duties of all store associates as appropriate;
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Harris Teeter’s policies and standards
