Greet and assist customers and deliver outstanding customer service;

Monitor and pack orders and complete Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities;
Research order shortages/overages and complete shipment check-in and system reporting;
Participate in annual inventory and replenish store inventory to maintain stock levels
