High Earning Potential This is a commission-based position, meaning your income is directly tied to your success. On average, our representatives earn $75,000 - $150,000 per year, with no earning cap.

Closed on Sundays We are closed on Sundays and do not require you to work on your time off.
Build relationships with business owners, fleet managers, and working professionals to understand their vehicle needs.
Present Mercedes-Benz Sprinter's fleet and commercial vehicle lineup, financing options, and service advantages.
Ensure flawless communication with clients who expect prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service.
Manage customer interactions through our dealership's CRM system (Elead) and maintain strong follow-up processes.
Stay up to date with industry trends, vehicle specifications, and financing solutions to position yourself as a trusted fleet consultant.
Automotive sales experience is required Highline or commercial vehicle sales experience preferred.
Strong business acumen You'll be working with decision-makers who expect expertise and professionalism.
Exceptional communication skills Your clients expect clear, timely, and knowledgeable interactions.
Tech-savvy & organized Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to track customer interactions.
Driven & self-motivated You take initiative and strive to exceed sales goals.
Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
