Sales Support Representative- Industrial

We are hiring Sales Support Representatives to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up.

Hours:

Monday‑Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM.

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Effectively use the customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

• 1–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• 1–3 years of Pipes and Fitting knowledge required.
• Exhibit strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
• Ability to react well in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer‑service oriented with an ability to build relationships.
• General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Hourly range: $18.71 – $29.92. Role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
