Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies at a logistics and distribution location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, trailer yards, parking lots, dock doors, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and vehicle traffic, helping to support authorized access, visitor processing, and/or documentation procedures in accordance with site guidelines.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.;
Observe facility operations and report damaged gates, lighting issues, unsecured areas, and other conditions that could impact daily operations and/or security-related response activities.
