Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a dynamic technology location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing updates with site contacts when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, lobbies, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site policies, and report discrepancies or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.;
Support Allied Universal and site leadership with incident reporting, post orders, and customer-focused communication while adapting to changing conditions across the location.
