Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures and access control practices;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document activity for site leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unusual activity and unsecured access points;
Monitor entry and exit activity and verify badges/visitor credentials to deter unauthorized access;
Support day-to-day security operations by following post orders and assisting with crowd management and directional guidance
