NEEDED Armed Security Officers - Client location is in Hampton

This is a Full‑Time position covering 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift, and weekends
.

• Monitor facility and property of assigned client
• Be professional at all times, maintaining company expectations for customer service
• Adhere to the rules of Top Guard and any parameters defined by the assigned client
• Make situational decision‑making notifications to appropriate personnel as needed
• Write reports either on a provided electronic device or on paper
• Make appropriate notifications to client’s assigned contact and Top Guard’s management

• Authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment drug screening and background check as a condition of employment
• Must be able to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time, up to a full 8‑hour shift
• Speak audibly, clearly, and understandably to convey information or contact authorities
• Weekends and holidays required
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Military, Corrections, Security, and/or Law Enforcement experience preferred (1 year or more required for some contract sites)

• DCJS Armed card
• DCJS Unarmed card
• Valid Driver's License with a current driving record bearing no more than 3 tickets
• Valid military or security experience
• Must have a clear criminal history for background investigation
