Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the distribution location, parking areas, trailer yards, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access to the location by observing vehicle and pedestrian activity, verifying authorization, and documenting arrivals, departures, and incidents;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying site contacts and emergency services when appropriate;
Prepare clear, timely reports and maintain accurate daily activity logs related to patrols, access activity, and observed conditions
