Overview
Envolve Community Management Company owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.
PositionMaintenance Technician at Magruder Run Apartments in Hampton, VA.
Responsibilities- Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and other general maintenance repairs.
- Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
- Complete work orders and documentation regarding maintenance operations.
- Be available for emergency maintenance calls 24/7.
- HVAC certification and at least three years of Maintenance Technician experience.
- Ability to move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment.
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Background screening and drug test required.
