Job Description

* To complete general apartment maintenance: plumbing, electrical, carpentry & appliances

* To troubleshoot and complete work orders efficiently

* To assist with make‑readies and unit turns

* To maintain grounds and common areas

* To ensure safety and quality standards throughout the property

Required Skills

* EPA Type II or Universal certification required

* Well‑rounded skillset across all major maintenance trades

* Must have own tools

* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

* Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills

* HVAC troubleshooting experience

* Familiarity with Yardi, Real Page, or similar systems
