JOB SUMMARY

Perform Helper level assistance in support of the Mechanic/Supervisor.

• Safely and effectively perform a wide range of helper level system tasks, including material handling and tool maintenance.
• Ensure proper care in the safe use and maintenance of vehicles, tools and equipment.
• Demonstrate a willingness to initiate productive work activity and accept responsibility for work assignments.
• Assist other tradesmen in more complex work projects.
• Follow the company's established customer service standards.
• Follow OSHA safety rules and regulations.
• Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to work night and weekends.
• Responsible for all other duties as assigned.

High School diploma or GED equivalent.

• Ability to communicate professionally at all levels of the organization and with external contacts.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Must pass criminal background check and random drug screens.
• Good driving record preferred.

• Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Accountable for safety and health and are empowered to stop work if an unsafe condition is present. Employees should immediately notify their supervisor so that the hazard may be corrected.
