Roofing Service Helpers work alongside experienced professionals, assisting with roof repairs, maintenance, inspections, and replacement projects for both residential and commercial clients.

- Assist with residential and commercial roofing repairs and maintenance
- Carry materials, tools, and equipment safely onto job sites
- Support roof inspections and maintenance services
- Help maintain safe and organized job sites
- Work alongside service technicians to complete projects efficiently
- Learn about various roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, flat roofing, and metal roofing
- Interact professionally with customers and property managers
- Follow company safety standards and procedures
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow directions and work within a team environment
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Prior roofing or construction experience (preferred)
- Basic hand tools such as a drill and hammer (preferred)
- Experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions (preferred)
- Desire to learn a skilled trade and grow professionally (preferred)
Starting pay:
From $20/hour, based on experience
