Main is hiring for full‑time Scaffold Helpers. The role supports lead builders and builder/carpenters by passing materials, racking and stacking scaffolding, maintaining a clean work area, and performing other supportive tasks related to scaffolding. Scaffold helpers do not erect, dismantle, or modify scaffolding, but work on the scaffolding itself.

• One (1) year of experience working with a scaffolding crew
• Experience climbing scaffolds and working at heights while following company, customer, and OSHA procedures for working at heights
• 100% time at all times while erecting, dismantling or modifying scaffolds
• Carry scaffold components from lay‑down area to erection location
• Measurement, cutting, and installation of plywood and wood framing
• Knowledge and experience with industrial machinery and equipment

Full‑time, hourly

Three (3) years of experience as a scaffold erector

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience working in a physically demanding environment, confined spaces, and working at heights
• Forklift training/certification is a plus; additional training will be required once hired for forklift use
• All candidates must submit to drug testing and E‑Verification of their right to work in the US
• A criminal background check will be required
• NCCER qualifications are a plus
• Reliable transportation is required

No overtime is guaranteed, but some projects may require overtime, exceeding 40 hours during the normal Monday‑Friday work week, work on weekends or night shifts. You will be expected to be at work on all assigned days/nights.
