Electrical Site Supervisor – Thames Region
FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading national service provider within the utilities sector for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join and strengthen their construction team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on essential infrastructure projects with a contractor known for quality, safety, and long-term career development.
Reporting to the Regional Commissioning Manager
, you will supervise and control all electrical site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, to specification, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
- Supervise electrical installations and ensure compliance with SHE standards and safe systems of work.
- Ensure high-quality electrical installations in line with current standards and specifications.
- Act as Electrical Appointed Person, ensuring compliance with electrical safety rules and documentation.
- Carry out LV isolations, inspections, and electrical safety checks.
- Oversee electrical testing in accordance with BS7671 and review test results.
- Monitor supply chain performance, inspection and test plans, and site progress.
- Support commissioning activities and attend planning meetings, inductions, and toolbox talks.
- Maintain daily site records and assist with project handover documentation.
- SSSTS or SMSTS (Required)
- Electrical Appointed Person (Required)
- ECS Card, FAAW (Required)
- C&G 2330 or 2360 / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations (Required)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Required)
- 2391 Test & Inspect (Preferred)
- Proven experience in a similar role (Essential)
