We are expanding and seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter
to join our on-site team. If you're a hands-on problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and a heart for service, we want to meet you!
- Inspect units and common areas; report maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
- Complete unit turns, respond to resident requests, and assist with seasonal tasks.
- Handle after-hours emergencies and elevate complex issues as needed.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and accurate maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with fair housing laws.
- Proficient in all aspects of carpentry, including but not limited to drywall, framing, cabinetry, and finishing.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment.
- Basic problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, team members, and external contractors.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion of maintenance projects.
