Levco Management LLC seeks a skilled Service Plumber to support multifamily communities across our portfolio. This role handles diagnostics, repairs, and installations for plumbing systems, fixtures, and water heaters in occupied and vacant units, ensuring safe, reliable service for residents. The Service Plumber will respond to service requests and emergencies, support capital improvement projects, and collaborate closely with maintenance and property management teams.
Ideal candidates bring strong technical skills, solid knowledge of plumbing codes, excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset aligned with Levco's culture of integrity and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and light commercial plumbing service, repairs, and installations in Levco-managed multifamily communities
- Diagnose and resolve leaks, clogs, fixture failures, and water heater issues promptly and safely
- Install and repair piping, valves, fixtures, and related components to code and company standards
- Respond to emergency service calls and participate in on-call rotation as needed
- Coordinate with maintenance, property management, and residents to schedule and complete work orders
- Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations in maintenance systems
- Follow OSHA, plumbing code, and safety best practices on all job sites
- Support capital improvement projects and unit renovations with plumbing expertise
- Recommend preventive maintenance and upgrades to improve system reliability
- Represent Levco with professionalism, clear communication, and respect for residents
Required Skills
- Plumbing diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Installation and repair of piping and fixtures
- Water heater installation and service
- Reading blueprints and plumbing schematics
- Knowledge of residential and plumbing codes
- Soldering, brazing, and pipe threading
- Backflow prevention and testing basics
- Use of plumbing tools and leak detection equipment
