Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently and that the physical condition of buildings do not deteriorate.
• Inspect and diagnose issues with electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, and other systems within properties.
• Carry out necessary repairs and replacements swiftly and effectively, minimizing inconvenience to tenants.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.
• Coordinate with management on larger repair efforts and renovations.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and completed repairs.

Required Skills
