Salary Range: $13.00 - $15.00 Hourly

Maintain close, daily contact with Club staff (professional and volunteer), Club members, and supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain or interpret guidelines/instructions; instruct, and advise/counsel.

• Oversee a range of programs and day-to-day activities.
• Establish program objectives consistent with organizational goals, standards, and mission.
• Encourage member participation in program activities and offer constructive feedback.
• Demonstrate leadership to assure conduct, safety, and growth of members.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  
  Group leadership skills, including an understanding of group dynamics
• Demonstrated organizational, staff, and project management abilities

• 1 year of experience in childcare

• Ability to oversee a range of programs and day-to-day activities
• Capability to establish program objectives consistent with organizational goals, standards, and mission
• Skills to encourage member participation in program activities and offer constructive feedback
• Leadership skills to assure conduct, safety, and growth of members

• First Aid Certification
• CPR Certification
