• Our Delivery Associates/Drivers safely operate a delivery van to deliver Amazon packages to customers throughout the community.
• Typical shifts are approximately 10 hours
• Typical schedule is 4 days per week (40 hours)
• Overtime opportunities may be available
• Daytime shift: approximately 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM. Start and end times are tentative to change once transferred to Hampton warehouse
• One weekend day is required

• Safely drive and operate a delivery vehicle on and off the road
• Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information
• Load and unload packages into delivery vehicles
• Navigate a variety of delivery routes throughout the assigned area
• Assist teammates through rescue routes when needed
• Work safely in varying weather conditions
• Deliver excellent customer service at every stop

315 Logistics is a Delivery Service Partner that was established in late 2019 as a veteran owned last mile delivery business. The company is based in Virginia Beach, VA and delivers small parcel packages throughout the Hampton Roads area 7 days a week. 361 days a year.

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a 5-panel drug screening
• Must be able to operate and navigate an Amazon-branded delivery van (training provided)
• Must be able to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must communicate effectively with management and support staff

• Do you need a commercial driver's license (CDL)? A special driver's license is a plus, but not required.
• Can I choose how many hours I want to work every day? Delivery drivers are full‑time jobs, requiring 40 hours a week. We are currently only hiring full‑time.
