1st Shift Forklift Operator

Job Description

The Forklift Driver will be responsible for pick‑up, segregation, and disposal of the various materials collected and produced by the different departments in the production area into designated containers located at the back of the plant.

$15.25 per hour. The amount listed represents the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

• Loading and unloading trucks; pickup and removal of pallets and palletized items for disposal.
• Assist in filling propane tanks.
• Line containers before dumping; maintain containers and backlot area accordingly.
• Communicate with supervisor and waste management to ensure containers are emptied in a timely manner.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No education required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred.
• Must pass a forklift physical.
