Delivery Associate Position

Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-obsessed Delivery/Driver Associates. Veterans and Flex drivers are welcome to apply.

• Deliver goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a reliable, fast-paced work approach and strong work ethic.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and handle the physical workload associated with loading and unloading from a van (up to 250 moves per shift).
• Put safety first and meet customer expectations through professional service.

• Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or related fields
• Clean driving record
• Deadline-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload (moving in and out of a van up to 250 times)
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver s license
• Open availability and willingness to work at least 1 weekend day
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (bilingual candidates welcome)
• Independent problem solver who is passionate about customer service
• Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs and get in and out of a van multiple times per day with or without reasonable accommodation
