The James River Association is seeking a Part-Time Captain to operate USCG-inspected passenger vessels in Richmond and Hampton, Virginia, supporting environmental education programs and ecotours. Applicants should have strong maritime experience, safety focus, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions while ensuring a safe, engaging experience for students and community members on the James River.
