Position: Group Manager, Procurement P2P (Procure to Pay)

Currently we are looking for:

Group Manager, Procurement P2P (Procure to Pay)

Location:

Wayne, PA or Krakow (Poland)

Core responsibilities:
  • Support Procure-to-Pay Transformation:
    Assist in implementing the selected eProcurement and Supply Chain Management platform, ensuring smooth adoption and integration across regions.
  • Process Improvement and Harmonization:
    Execute and maintain global best practices for procurement, compliance, order management, receiving, invoicing, and payment.
  • Global Supply Chain Strategy:
    Interface with Supply Chain Leadership to assist in the development and execution of a Supply Chain Strategy linked to the Company Vision and Mission
  • Change Management:
    Drive adoption of new processes and tools through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Operational Metrics:
    Develop, monitor and report on key Procure-to-Pay performance indicators, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Technology & Data Management:
    Maintain supply chain technology systems and master data accuracy (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Contract Management solutions).
  • Change Management:
    Drive adoption of new processes and tools through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with Customer Service/Inside Sales, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Governance & Compliance:
    Ensure adherence to company policies, including Delegation of Authority and Signature Authority guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in procurement management or supply chain operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of driving cross functional collaboration and delivering business results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Hands‑on experience with Procure-to-Pay processes and platforms; SAP experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication/interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI a plus).
  • Ability to create a strong and supportive culture through leading by example and inspiring others
  • Knowledge of AI and how it can be strategically applied to increase efficiency and effectiveness is highly desired.
  • Very good level of English (other language skills will be an advantage)
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work under the time pressure in changing environment
