Job Summary
In addition to the staff nurse role, the Clinical Coordinator assumes shift responsibilities for the care delivery team. The coordinator assists in coordinating the provision of care through assigning and scheduling staff, prioritizing, delegating, and evaluating patient care. The coordinator supports process improvement activities, works with an interdisciplinary team to problem‑solve system and unit‑based issues, provides input into performance appraisals, assists with staff educational requirements, and participates in unit and hospital initiatives.

Shift: 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week
Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $25,000 based on experience
