Retail Sales Team Member, Little Caesars Arena

Delaware North Sport service is hiring part-time Retail Sales Team Members to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As a Retail Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for managing all transactions while providing excellent guest service.

• Greet guests and answer questions they may have regarding retail merchandise
• Process sale with point of sale system and bag merchandise
• Maintain records related to sales
• Routinely stock merchandise and maintain back-stock

• Previous experience in retail or customer service environment preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Ability to stand for entire length of shift
• Ability to climb stairs and step stool frequently
• Visual acuity sufficient to distinguish merchandise and operate point-of-sale system
