Sales Administrator

Onsite | Full-Time

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to support the sales team by providing reports, working with brokers, and assisting in the selling process.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain customer relationships (typically over the phone).
  • Learn internal ERP system to develop and analyze sales reports.
  • Track promotional campaigns and create reports with results.
  • Collaborate with external brokers and customer web platforms to ensure accurate pricing programs are deployed as agreed.
  • Work closely with internal departments (production, logistics, quality, finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Travel to assigned retail locations to stock, rotate, and merchandise products according to company standards.
  • Assist in processing orders promptly and accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to products, orders, and deliveries.
  • Ensures smooth execution of the sales process.
  • Maintain meticulous records of sales and customer interactions.
  • Stay informed about new products and features to assist clients effectively.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, communications, or a related field.
  • Previous customer service or business experience (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to analyze reports and communicate action items effectively.
  • Proficient in using various computer software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to lift and move product inventory.
  • Reliable transportation required.

Schedule
  • 8-10-hour shifts
  • Day shift, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend availability as needed
  • This position operates in both an office setting and occasionally in the field alongside sales representatives.
  • Travel may include client visits, retail store merchandising, trade shows, and off-site meetings.
