Position: Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) (Division of Community and Continuing Education)

Position Overview

Division of Community and Continuing Education has an immediate part‑time administrative position at Thornley Campus. Under the supervision of the division administrative assistant, this position will provide additional administrative support to the Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide additional administrative support to the Division of Community and Continuing Education.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi‑task, take initiative, set priorities, and work independently and collaboratively on a team.
  • High school diploma with related experience; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience with the Datatel Colleague system is a plus.
Compensation and Hours

Part‑time hourly rate of $18 per hour with 25‑40 hours per week.
