  • Gestión comercial completa del ciclo de vida del cliente, desde la prospección, seguimiento y el cierre, con el propósito de lograr la máxima ocupación de las unidades (cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad Greystar)
  • Realizar recorridos comerciales por las propiedades, mostrando los departamentos, explicando el concepto y también las áreas comunes de lujo
  • Gestión posterior de nuestros clientes, aportando proactivamente a la construcción y desarrollo de la mejor experiencia (eventos, mudanzas, actividades diversas)
  • Manejo diario de los indicadores claves de gestión a través del CRM

    Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

    • Corporate Positions:
      In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

    • Onsite Property Positions:
      In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
