Field Trainer Summary

As a Field Trainer, you play a key role in delivering impactful learning experiences that build employee knowledge, strengthen skills, and support business outcomes. You are a skilled facilitator who engages diverse audiences through inclusive, results‑driven training experiences. Collaborating with stakeholders, you consult on training needs and contribute to talent development strategies that align with organizational goals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and empowering team members to grow, perform, and reach their potential.

Consultation

and Essential Duties
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs through comprehensive needs assessments and consulting principles.
  • Manage intake for training requests and follow‑ups by evaluating needs and leveraging existing programs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement follow‑up strategies that reinforce learning and support long‑term skill application.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers on measuring learning outcomes to inform continuous improvement and demonstrate impact.
Training Facilitation
  • Facilitate learning programs across soft skills, technical systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to create training support materials, as needed.
  • Create a positive learning environment for leaders, SMEs, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Facilitate impactful in‑person, virtual, and hybrid learning experiences through interactive activities, debriefs, storytelling, analogies, and effective verbal and nonverbal communication tailored to audience needs and learning styles.
Talent Development
  • Facilitate structured learning experiences, panels, and events that drive skill enhancement, knowledge retention, and professional growth.
  • Become a subject matter expert on key job functions to deliver relevant, high‑impact training.
  • Apply adaptive talent development strategies that build employee knowledge and skills to drive business outcomes and unleash individual potential.
  • Support employees in strengthening existing capabilities and acquiring new competencies aligned with organizational goals.
Communication and Collaboration
  • Pilot new training programs and share facilitation observations to support instructional design teams in refining content and enhancing learner outcomes.
  • Deliver high‑impact presentations on training programs and outcomes to leaders, SMEs, and key stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to promote learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency in training delivery.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, facilitation, or a related field.
  • Experience in Real Estate or Hospitality industries preferred.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective learning programs.
Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasional standing, walking, and lifting. Frequent travel required.

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is moderate and typical of a professional office setting. The role involves frequent use of standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, and printers.
