Technical Operations Lead – Circular Economy Technology

Fast-growing technology company developing innovative solutions to accelerate the circular economy across large-scale industrial systems. As the team scale toward our first permanent production facility, they are expanding the technical team and looking for a Technical Operations Lead to deliver complex pilot operations across multiple industrial locations.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in industrial operations, pilot plants, process engineering, or technical site environments.
• Experience planning and executing technical trials, commissioning activities, or site-based projects.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve operational issues in real time.
• Experience working with operators, technicians, contractors, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Ability to operate independently in fast-changing or ambiguous environments.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, including working across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Willingness to spend extended periods on-site during trial campaigns, with occasional international travel.
• Experience with first-of-a-kind technology, process scale-up, or pilot/demo plant environments.
• Exposure to large-scale industrial or infrastructure settings.
• Experience developing SOPs, risk assessments, FMEA, maintenance plans, or training programmes.
• Prior experience in early-stage or high-growth technology companies.
