Salary: $100,000 – $128,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Electrical / Battery Engineer III to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and test innovative battery and energy storage systems, contributing to cutting‑edge R&D initiatives. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, drive technical excellence, and identify opportunities for improvement across diverse power system applications.

• Apply engineering techniques, principles, and precedents to develop, design, modify, install, test, and evaluate electrical, electronic, mechanical, and communications systems.
• Review, analyze, and prepare engineering, technical, or maintenance specifications, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Organize, analyze, and present technical data in reports and presentations.
• Plan and perform tests and evaluations of systems, equipment, and components.
• Compile, process, and analyze test data results.
• Provide subject matter expertise on operation, installation, modification, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment and components.

• Expertise in Batteries and Energy Storage, and knowledge of charging systems and performance optimization.
• Experience with electrical CAD tools (e.g., Altium Designer), simulation software such as MATLAB/Simulink, and programming languages such as C++ or Python.
• Strong foundation in power system design and circuit analysis.
• Proven R&D experience with innovative engineering solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Experience with industry standards and best practices for battery systems; familiarity with ISO
  9001 and AS9100 quality systems is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in an Electrical Engineer, Electronic Engineer role.
• Direct experience developing, designing, modifying, installing, testing, evaluating, and operating electrical, electronic, mechanical, or systems and equipment.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing, analyzing, developing, preparing, and applying engineering, technical, or maintenance specifications, policies, standards, or procedures.
