We are recruiting for a Palantir Consultant to provide expert advisory and hands‑on support to our Defence and Government clients. You will serve as the bridge between business users and technical delivery teams, ensuring Palantir solutions are adopted effectively, configured to requirements, and embedded within mission workflows.

• Partner with client stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and operational goals.
• Shape and deliver roadmaps for Palantir Foundry and Gotham deployments, maximising adoption and ROI.
• Translate mission needs into data models, workflows, and dashboards that support decision‑making.
• Deliver training, coaching, and documentation to empower end‑users and increase platform maturity.
• Collaborate closely with Palantir Developers to ensure technical solutions align with strategy.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimisation as the system evolves.
• Advise on governance, security, and data management best practices.

• Strong consulting background with Palantir Foundry or Gotham.
• Proven experience gathering requirements and leading workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with data ontologies, pipelines, and visualisation.
• Technical literacy in C#, Python, or SQL advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Eligible for UK security clearance (SC/DV).
