FB Timberline operates across transmission, distribution, and substation infrastructure, powering grid modernization and renewable integration for leading utilities across North America. Since joining Forbes Bros in 2017, the business has combined entrepreneurial agility with the scale, safety culture, and execution strength of a North American industry leader.

We are seeking a strategic operator who can design, scale, and lead a high-performance Recurring Revenue platform anchored in Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with Tier 1 utility clients while intentionally positioning the business to introduce and transition clients into larger capital and Major Project engagements across the Forbes Bros platform.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations, the Vice President will hold full P&L accountability for the Recurring Revenue segment of FB Timberline. You will lead operational execution, margin performance, client strategy, and growth, transforming regional service work into long-term, enterprise level partnerships.

This role requires more than operational oversight.
It demands commercial instinct, market credibility, and the ability to convert trust into expanded scope.

Your mission:

• Scale and optimize the recurring revenue engine across the SE United States utility markets
• Deepen strategic utility relationships governed by MSAs
• Serve as executive sponsor and lead negotiator on key client agreements
• Translate local service excellence into capital project opportunities with our Utility client base
• Seamlessly bridge regional delivery teams with the Forbes Bros Major Projects group

You will act as the catalyst for FB Timberline’s regional expansion, ensuring operational precision while driving strategic alignment with the broader Forbes Bros growth agenda.

You will:

• Own operational and financial performance, including gross margin discipline and budget delivery.
• Champion safety, quality, and risk stewardship as non-negotiable standards.
• Build and mentor high-performing leaders across field and management teams.
• Convert regional service credibility into scalable growth.
• Shape long-term strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.

• 12–15+ years of senior leadership experience in utilities, infrastructure, or industrial construction.
• A strong technical foundation (Engineering or Construction Management preferred) paired with proven commercial acumen.
• Demonstrated success scaling recurring service operations and negotiating complex client agreements.
• The leadership presence to drive performance in high-pressure, high-visibility environments.
• Willingness to travel and establish credibility through visible, hands-on engagement.
