- Maintenance Coordinator (KIS2):
Mission:
Manage maintenance projects, work orders, PMs, and inventory through scheduling to completion. - Key Responsibilities
:
Is responsible for organizing & planning maintenance tasks, monitoring and progress & budget, managing relationship with main suppliers. - Is responsible for needs / resources balance (MRP) for equipment, tooling, and spare parts by managing needs of the maintenance department.
- Ensure continuous needs/resources balance (MRP…) availability of spare parts inventory. Balance (MRP…) availability of equipment, tooling, and spare parts.
- Maintain a positive relationship with the customer and communicate regularly (correspondence, emails, call, meeting).
- Actively participate to SIM cycle 2.
- Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of the manufacturing and purchase orders).
- Manage the backorder portfolio (BOL), the shortage and to take actions to insure the availability of product.
- Analyze stock discrepancies and perform adjustments. Communicate effectively with the project team and the other departments of the plant (Internal Kick off meeting).
